Every morning a group of us goes swimming from outside the North Steyne surf-lifesaving club in Manly (7 a.m. start, if you’re interested — all welcome). After that we have breakfast in the Honolulu Grill and a chat. In Latte Veritas is a five-minute slice of that.
The show’s name is based on the Latin maxim “in vino veritas” - “truth is told by him who has drunk wine”.
